BEST HOUSE ALANYA experts analyzed the Russian demand for buying real estate in Alanya from residents of large Russian cities.
In January 2023, the main share of Russian demand for the purchase of real estate in the Turkish city of Alanya falls on residents of Moscow. Thus, in the first month of the year, the share of requests for the purchase of housing from residents of the largest Russian city in Russia is 56.1%.
Also among the leading cities in demand for real estate in Alanya are St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg. The share of requests from these cities in January amounted to 15.1% and 4%, respectively.
The top five cities in terms of demand for housing in Alanya include the capital of Bashkortostan and Nizhny Novgorod. Thus, the share of requests from Ufa in the first month of the year was 3.5%, and Nizhny Novgorod accounted for 3% of requests.
“Basically, the demand for real estate in Alanya is generated by large Russian cities. This is due to the fact that people have the opportunity to earn funds to purchase property in Turkey. In addition, people from over a million people, as a rule, have already been to Turkey, they know the country, roughly represent the cost of housing,” said Valentina Ledeneva, head of the BEST HOUSE ALANYA sales department.
